Project Details
A minimalist home designed to simplify daily living through clarity, function, and purposeful space.
Client Brief:
The client approached STRCKTR with a clear frustration. Their previous space felt cluttered, inefficient, and difficult to live in despite its size.
They wanted a home that felt calm, easy to navigate, and aligned with how they actually live day to day. Not something overly designed, but something that works.
The goal was to create a minimalist residence that removes unnecessary complexity while improving comfort, movement, and usability across every part of the space.
Design Thinking & Challenges
One of the main challenges was balancing openness with functionality. The client wanted a clean, minimalist space, but without losing practical usability.
Our approach was to simplify the structure while strengthening how each area functions. Instead of adding more elements, we focused on refining what was essential.
We carefully studied movement patterns, light, and spatial relationships to create a layout that feels natural and efficient. Storage was integrated seamlessly, transitions were simplified, and materials were selected to support both durability and clarity.
The result is a space that feels effortless, yet is highly intentional in how it works.
